At DeRosa Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your DeRosa Music account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the instrument in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in mint condition.

• 3.
  Ship to DeRosa

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
